CILICIA. Tarsos. Circa 380-361/0 BC. Obol (Silver, 10 mm, 0.66 g, 1 h). Diademed female head facing slightly to left, wearing pendant earrings and pearl necklace. Rev. Bearded head of Ares (?) to left, wearing crested Attic helmet decorated with a volute on the bowl. SNG Levante 93. SNG Paris -, cf. 303 (differing style and with reverse legend). Darkly toned, a beautiful example. Extremely fine.
